Last year due to the pandemic, we had to put a halt on our investor dinners that we used to do on a regular basis.
We have recently started them back up and it has been great to meet each one of you that have attended these lunch or dinner events.
Most of you don’t get a chance to ever meet any of us here at PassiveInvesting.com in person.
We talk on the phone.
We email back and forth.
And maybe do a zoom meeting here and there.
Purpose Behind The Dinners
These investor dinners are designed for you to be able to get to know our team on a deeper level. You’re investing your hard-earned money with us, so we want to do our best to develop a strong relationship with you.
After all it is called investor “relations” for a reason, and we want to make sure we do our best to treat you as a friend and not as just a number. Friends want to build a relationship with you and being just a number means you are a commodity. We don’t want you to feel like a commodity.
What’s The Format?
We typically do these dinners at exclusive dinner spots in the city where we are visiting. For example, we’ve recently hosted these at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, and even The Tower Club in Dallas, Silicon Valley Capital Club in San Jose, Citrus Club in Orlando, and many others.
There is no planned dinner presentation, or anything type of sales pitching going on at these dinners. Most of you in attendance already know quite a bit about us so the main purpose is not to pitch you on the next offering.
The main purpose is to shake your hand, put a face to the name, and to simply enjoy a nice meal together along with great conversation around passively investing in real estate assets.
Should You Attend Even If You Haven’t Invested with Us Yet?
Even if you have not invested with us, we still want to meet you in person at these dinners. Not only will it allow you to meet our team, but you will be able to meet other passive investors that have already put their trust in us by actively investing in one of our prior offerings.
This will allow you the opportunity to ask questions to those already investing with us but it will also allow you to have a connection with another investor locally so you can further build your relationship with them as you begin investing with our group on our future offerings.
Should Existing Investor Attend
Yes, you should absolutely attend these dinners as much as you can. Even if you have been to one in the past, we still want you to attend.
This will allow others to ask you questions about your experience investing with us but will also allow you the opportunity to meet us in person.
Bring a Friend?
Like most of our investors, you likely have a friend that you’ve been talking to about investing passively with our group. This is a great opportunity for you to invite them to come along with you to learn more about these types of investments. You can let them know that this is a not a hard sales pitch type of dinner event. There will be no selling.
Only great conversation with great people interested in investing passively just like you.
Coming To A City Near You?
We are currently scheduled to do an investor lunch event in Philadelphia and an investor dinner event in Washington, DC both on Thursday, August 26th.
