Chad Zdenek is a Licensed General Contractor, Professional Engineer, former CEO of Mobile Illumination, and a triple Master’s Degree graduate. He started out in Construction Management in the mid-1990s working for Swinerton Builders before working for Boeing technically as a rocket scientist on the Space Shuttle Main Engines. Then he joined Mobile Illumination as CEO helping to grow the company by over 2000% in 15 years.
Since beginning investing in Real Estate 10 years ago, he has grown his General Partner portfolio to $150M. Today, he invests actively and passively in multifamily and self-storage projects across the United States. He is also one of the rare investors who invests in CA and outside of CA.
Chad joined the PassiveInvesting.com team in September of 2024 but has been investing with the company since 2020.
