Chris Neary serves as the Senior Acquisitions Associate at PassiveInvesting.com, leading the acquisitions within South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Prior to this role, he was an Acquisitions Associate where he helped source, underwrite, and close on properties throughout the Southeast. Originally, he began as an Analyst focusing his efforts on underwriting well over 700 deals.  

During his time at PassiveInvesting.com, Chris has partaken in over $800M in acquisitions. 

He graduated Cum Laude from the College of Charleston with a degree in Economics and Data Science. 

Chris is from Long Island, NY and currently resides in Charleston, SC.  

During his free time, Chris likes to play golf, tennis, and pickleball as well as travel to new places. During the peak of the pandemic, he took the opportunity to moved abroad to Madrid, Spain and worked remotely for roughly a year.
