Jake is an Acquisitions Analyst for the PassiveInvesting.com car wash acquisitions team. He is originally from Houston, TX. He moved to Denver in 2016 to attend the University of Denver, where he graduated in 2020 with a B.S. in business majoring in Finance.

He started his career as a commercial underwriting analyst for a mid-size community bank in Denver, underwriting over $82 million in transactions. Most recently, he was in the consumer mortgage industry specializing in HELOC application underwriting and closing due diligence.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the Rockies by mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, and backcountry skiing. Ultimate frisbee is also a passion of his.
