Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in administrative and management roles within banking and retail organizations. She excels in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, forecasting needs, and fostering professional relationships.  As Operations Leader at a local bank, she was responsible for negotiating new procurement contracts and developing a new streamlined ordering process for the branches.   She is always committed to excellence in customer service. She believes internal and external customer service integrates to create a total service experience that benefits all.
