Justyn Hart serves as an Acquisitions Associate, helping lead the carwash acquisitions in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. His focus is to target and source new car wash opportunities for the organization.

He started his career in Dallas, Texas as a Multifamily Sales Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, providing clients value by way of financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate. He focused on the acquisition and disposition process for property owners in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Additionally, he was a part of the acquisitions team at Sylvan Road Capital with over $3.5 billion in assets under management, where he focused on acquiring single-family investment properties across the United States.

He was born in Anchorage, Alaska but spent his early life in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he graduated from Purdue University – Fort Wayne with a B.S. in Business Management. Now residing in Tampa, Florida, Justyn enjoys spending time at the beach and the lake in the summertime. He is also a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Rays, and The Ohio State University.
