Susie brings over 25 years of leadership experience in both Human Resources, Sales, and Operations. Her passion includes developing strategies for Talent Development, Succession Planning and building training programs to drive results.

She was born in Ecuador – South America and is fluent in Spanish and lives Charlotte, NC.  Susie attended the University of South Carolina and enjoys the outdoors.
