News of the transaction followed publicly on April 9, 2026. We first acquired the property in May 2022 and held it for approximately four years.
Previously known as Accent Edgewood. This community was originally delivered and marketed as Accent Edgewood before being renamed Braxton Music City. If you arrived here from a link or document referencing Accent Edgewood, you are in the right place — both names refer to this same two-building community at 2165 Nolensville Pike in Nashville.
An unaffiliated third-party buyer now owns the community. As a result, PassiveInvesting.com and its affiliates no longer own, operate, or manage Braxton Music City. On-site teams now answer to the new ownership group.

Our Hold Period
We acquired the community in May 2022 as part of our focus on well-located, professionally managed multifamily communities in growing Southeastern markets. Throughout the hold, the property operated in the community serving renters across the Nashville metropolitan area. However, we share investment-level results directly with participating investors, so this page does not publish them.
