The company has acquired 3,500+ multifamily units, 6,600+ self-storage units, 31 car washes, and 153 hotel keys with a portfolio valued at over $1.4B with over 2,200 investors active in those assets. She is also the host of the Passive Investing Made Simple and Multifamily Investor Nation Podcasts and YouTube Shows.
Whitney stumbled into real estate by accident. After purchasing her first rental in 2002, and hitting a home run, then nearly loosing it all on her second deal, she took control and figured out how to invest in real estate the right way. She realized that success must leave clues. so, she studied and replicated the very personal finance wealth creation strategies wealthy use to create financial freedom.
